Shipping & Handling

 All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.  While we typically like to get orders out by the next day, please allow us up to 4 full business days for handling.  If there are any issues on our end, we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.  Signature confirmation may be required for orders above $300.

Item Availability

 Our online store represents only a small fraction of what you can expect to see in our physical retail location.  Seriously.  You need to stop by for a visit.  While we work hard to present our online customers with accurate item availability, we ask that you please be understanding in the rare event our in-store and online inventory do not match up; should this occur, you will be contacted and refunded as soon as we catch our mistake.  We take maintaining accurate item availability very seriously.

Picking Up Items In-Store

All customers visiting us in-store to pick up orders placed online will be required to provide the credit/debit card used along with a matching government issued ID.

Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased online, unless otherwise noted in the item description, can be returned or exchanged for full store credit up to 30 days after delivery as long as the items are undamaged and in "new and unused" condition.  We are not responsible for return shipping.  We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if we believe the item(s) purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused.

Online Store Credit From Returns

Store credit accumulated via online returns can be spent both in-store and online.  To spend store credit accumulated via online returns on other online listed pieces, please give us a call, and we will be happy to assist you.




We pride ourselves on having a lenient layaway policy.  With a 20% deposit, you can put almost any item away in layaway, with few exceptions.  Exceptions include coins, precious metal bullion, and consigned items.  Additional exceptions are at our discretion.  We encourage customers to make monthly payments of any amount they are comfortable with.  If too many months go by without hearing from you (with the average being 6), we will attempt to contact you.  If we are unable to reach you or do not hear back, the item will be returned to stock.  You will not lose any deposits you have made, however; you will receive a full store credit for the progress you have made on your layaway, which we save for your return.  We do not provide cash refunds of deposits made.  Layaways can be cancelled at any time and exchanged for store credit in an amount equal to your total deposit.

Forgotten Items

As stated on the claim ticket you receive when leaving items for repair, we are not responsible for items left over 60 days.  That said, we are highly dedicated to making sure you are reunited with your pieces, whether it be 61 days or 6 years and a day.  We have been known to hold items for over a decade.  Please do not leave your items with us for over a decade.  It's just simpler for everyone that way.

Returns & Exchanges

In-store returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.  If a piece is purchased and returned within a reasonable timeframe in unworn/unused condition, we will typically refund your purchase in store credit.  We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange.  If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please allow us an opportunity to work with you.  We are a business, but we are people, too.

Store Credit

Store credit can be used on a wide variety of items and services in our store including gems, antiques, crystals, jewelry repair, and custom jewelry work.  Few exceptions include coins, bullion, and consigned items.
