Shipping policy


Free domestic USPS shipping with any online order!

We provide complimentary USPS First Class or Priority shipping for every United States order.  While we try our best to have orders in the mail by the next day, please allow us up to 4 business days for processing.  Most orders of $300 or more will require signature confirmation upon delivery.  We are not responsible for return shipping.

 

Shipping internationally?

While the international scene may still be foreign to us, we are happy to learn.  If you live outside of the United States, feel free to drop an inquiry, and we will do the research to find out what it takes to get a piece over to you.  Please keep in mind that we are required to respect your country's import/export rules and regulations.  There may be additional shipping fees, duty fees, taxes, or tarriffs required.

 

Orders Lost in Transit
We are not responsible for orders that are lost in transit.  In the rare event of a lost order, please contact us so that we can assist you in beginning the shipping insurance claims process.  The claims process is handled by us and follow the guidelines set by our shipping insurance partner, Shipsurance.  After a claim is successfully awarded, we will refund your order.
